Hello to you, my friends out in blogland! I wanted to share a couple of new pieces that I've just listed out on Etsy. If you click on the titles of the pieces, you can follow the link to my Etsy store:
This necklace features one of the ICE Resin focal pieces I featured in an earlier post that hangs on an 18" handmade chain made from Czech crystals and twisted copper wire.
I found this focal bead in a bead shop in Prescott, AZ, but wasn't able to get the lampwork artist's name. Whoever they are, they did a tremendous job of combining beautiful greens and coppers on a warm ivory background. The rest of the handmade chain features twisted copper wire and lovely labradorite beads.
This focal is another one that I featured in a previous post that I have finally put into a necklace. I love the way the copper and brass compliment the subtle rose, amber and ivory in the artisan lampwork bead from HMB Studios.
This enameled butterfly is one that I torch-fired following Barbara Lewis' instructions, and I love how it turned out. Somehow I wasn't able to get the enamel to melt all of the way, but the texture that resulted from the effort is beautiful (at least I think so!). I've actually worn this one a couple of times to make sure the enamel is securely burned into the copper, and I always get comments on it.
Thanks for looking!
Love them all Molly, especially the "wish" pendant. Great job!
Molly, your work is exceptional!!! I really like how you're using the Ice Resin.
Just lovely! The bezel in the first piece is so intriguing.
